Construction Associate - Non-contentious

I am working with a highly regarded global law firm as they seek to add a Construction Associate to the team.

This role will be Real Estate Development focused and offers the right candidate the opportunity to work closely with the UK team.

The ideal candidate:

Qualified Solicitor with 4 years PQE
Non-contentious Construction expertise, ideally including experience in negotiation of construction contracts (including standard amendments to JCT contracts), negotiation of appointments and warranties, construction due diligence as part of real estate acquisition, disposal and development transactions, construction input into real estate finance transactions and input into the negotiation of development agreements.
An intelligent lawyer with a strong academic record, along with excellent communication skills.
