The Client:
A leading international insurance provider is looking to hire a Compliance Officer to join their growing compliance team to assist in the overall development of the compliance framework.
Located in Dublin, the role will offer a highly agile and flexible approach for candidates
The Opportunity:
- Work alongside the Senior Leadership team, including the Head of Compliance and Board of Directors, helping to execute the Compliance plan for the business

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work across the entire compliance function, supporting various ongoing compliance and regulatory projects
- Assist the compliance team with all upcoming potential regulatory changes
- Drafting and implementing and policies changes as required
- Assisting with the design and implementation of the Compliance Framework
- Liaise with 1st line control functions and stakeholders on compliance initiatives and projects
- Maintain strong oversight of compliance and regulatory reporting requirements & deadlines
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years experience across AML/Compliance & Insurance
- ACOI or similar qualifications would be a preference
- Demonstrated regulatory knowledge
