The Client:
A leading international insurance provider is looking to hire a Compliance Officer to join their growing compliance team to assist in the overall development of the compliance framework.
Located in Dublin, the role will offer a highly agile and flexible approach for candidates
The Opportunity:
Work alongside the Senior Leadership team, including the Head of Compliance and Board of Directors, helping to execute the Compliance plan for the business

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work across the entire compliance function, supporting various ongoing compliance and regulatory projects
Assist the compliance team with all upcoming potential regulatory changes
Drafting and implementing and policies changes as required
Assisting with the design and implementation of the Compliance Framework
Liaise with 1st line control functions and stakeholders on compliance initiatives and projects
Maintain strong oversight of compliance and regulatory reporting requirements & deadlines
The Ideal Candidate:
2-3 years experience across Compliance & Insurance
ACOI or similar qualifications would be a preference
Demonstrated regulatory knowledge
