Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the designing, drafting & ultimate implementation of the annual compliance plan

• Horizon scanning against all upcoming potential reg changes, carrying out various monitoring & testing activities, ensuring policies and procedures are up to date 

• Prepare compliance monthly and quarterly findings and report to senior stakeholders  

• Design and implement the annual compliance and AML training programme  

• Create a positive compliance culture across the Irish business  

The Ideal Candidate: 

• 3+ years experience across Compliance within financial services/ a regulated entity (payments/e-money experience is preferable) 

• 3rd level degree

• ACOI or equivalent - or willing to undertake the exams 

• Excellent people skills
