Compliance Executive Vacancy (Hybrid Role)

Our client is a well-established company, which is based in Dublin, and is a leading provider of insurance and risk management services. With a workforce of over 110 employees, they offer a diverse range of commercial and personal lines insurance products, as well as financial services including life insurance, pensions, and investments. Recently, this company has become part of a global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting services firm.

The parent company, known for its presence in approximately 130 countries worldwide, operates through its owned operations and a network of correspondent brokers and consultants. It is recognized as one of the world's largest insurance and risk management firms, offering an extensive range of products and services. The Role:

The primary objective of this role is to proactively drive compliance within the organization, fostering a culture of embracing regulatory changes that affect the company. The role holder will collaborate closely with teams to uphold the highest compliance standards while seeking feedback to facilitate the seamless integration of compliance changes. They will consistently project a professional image of the company and actively engage in promoting and advertising its services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the insurance industry (LCOI qualification preferred)
  • Professional Diploma in Compliance or willingness to pursue
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to make decisions
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Promote compliance within the organization
  • Oversee and handle various compliance areas
  • Support management and teams in embracing regulatory changes
  • Maintain high compliance standards and seek feedback for improvement
  • Assist in developing and implementing the Compliance Framework and Annual Compliance Plan
  • Conduct compliance reviews and assess emerging risks
  • Engage in day-to-day compliance activities
  • Produce management reports and review relevant compliance policies
  • Contribute to compliance-related projects as required

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Employment Type: Full-time Hybrid Role, Dublin-based, travel may be required
