Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of funds clients.
  • Prepare and circulate agendas, board papers, and minutes.
  • Attend board meetings, take minutes, and advise on relevant queries.
  • Manage and action post-meeting tasks.
  • Advise on corporate governance and company law compliance.
  • Review and draft documents and department procedures.
  • Facilitate communication with directors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor developments in Corporate Governance and Company Law, advising directors on impacts.
  • Maintain client and stakeholder relationships, providing updates.
  • Handle relevant regulatory filings.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services/Funds Company Secretarial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant Irish funds legislation and regulation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience attending board meetings and addressing board-level queries.
  • Proven ability to present and interact effectively at board level.
  • Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
