- Providing the CEO & Leadership Team with pragmatic, commercial and legally compliant HR advice.
- Championing values and leading by example - ensuring they are authentically integrated into the company culture and drive alignment to the vision and mission.
- Lead the People Team focused on recruiting, retaining, motivating, coaching, supporting and developing great people
- Develop, motivate and coach the People Team members to achieve their potential.
- Maintain high levels of employee engagement by conducting pulse surveys, listening and addressing concerns to ensure motivation and commitment of our employees.
- Lead and develop talent acquisition, supporting leaders to acquire and retain the right talent.
- Design onboarding and enablement processes to enable new hire productivity
- Develop and implement talent management processes with career plans, development opportunities & succession planning for employees
- Lead coaching and development initiatives that foster continuous learning and a development culture
- Develop and maintain an effective performance management system
- Design, implement, and communicate the Reward and Recognition strategy, establishing competitive salaries, bonuses and benefits for our location
- Develop our policy for office based, hybrid and remote working to support an organisation capable of achieving our vision and mission.
- Champion and lead our health and wellbeing initiatives with an integrated approach, covering physical, financial and mental health

Requirements
It is anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following skills, traits and experience:
- 8+ years work experience in HR, with 4+ years in a senior management role.
- Possess a relevant HR degree (ideally at Post Grad or Masters level)
- Experience reporting directly to a CEO or MD and comfortable dealing with all levels of stakeholders in an organisation.
- Excellent employment law, GDPR and compliance knowledge with experience of working across multiple jurisdictions (particularly IRL, UK and the EU)
- Experience designing and implementing Organisation Development initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills with experience of employee negotiations
- Familiarity with recruitment reporting and data driven decision making
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Experienced in the challenges of a scale up or high growth environment (preferably in a tech related company)
- Ability to travel freely to our offices /employees in the UK, EU and Eastern Europe.
- Full, clean and valid Irish drivers licence.
