Billing Specialist - technology industry - 100% remote working
Working with a client who provide a technology software to the hospitality industry who are expanding across Europe in recent years. Due to an uptake in business after COVID, they are in need of an experienced billing specialist to join their experienced finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of payments received into the European vendor account and Online Travel agents
- Bank reconciliation of the European bank account
- Processing of sales invoices and credit memos for European customers
- Assist Credit Controller with credit control for European Customers
- Assist with Self Billing commission and payment for e-commerce
About you:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Finance required,
- 3 years + experience in high volume card payment reconciliations or invoice reconciliations,
- Excellent Excel skills are essential but training will be provided
- Fluency in English is essential, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland and to travel to Europe, if required, for training or any meetings.
