Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of sales development professionals to a world-class level.

  • Continually focus on improving sales processes, driving efficiency and output.

  • Hire, train and coach your team of professionals to ensure they are experts in articulating our value proposition.

  • Motivate and support your team to proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and hit their monthly targets.
