Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of sales development professionals to a world-class level.
Continually focus on improving sales processes, driving efficiency and output.
Hire, train and coach your team of professionals to ensure they are experts in articulating our value proposition.
Motivate and support your team to proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and hit their monthly targets.
