Our client are a top 20 law firm in Ireland with an excellent reputation across Ireland who are looking for a newly qualified lawyer to join their banking & finance team in Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Focused on providing legal service to a wide range of national and international clients
• including financial institutions
• corporate borrowers
• alternative lenders
• equity investment
• debt finance
• Work closely with senior members of the team to provide legal support where required
• Gain exposure to working across large clients with Partners and Senior Associate which will give you an excellent training platform as you develop with the firm.

Candidate

• Newly Qualified Lawyer who is looking for a new challenge
• Ideally Top Tier or Mid-Tier trained.
• Experience gained in a banking & finance or structured finance seat during a training contract
• Excellent ability to adapt and develop
