**0-3 Years PQE Hedge Funds Solicitor Opportunity - London**
Our international Financial Services team undertakes technical and complex financial services and markets regulatory work for asset and wealth managers, banking groups, brokerage houses, investment exchanges, commodity traders, general insurance and life assurance companies and other financial institutions operating in the UK and international financial markets.
Our funds and financial services regulatory teams are recognised for both technical excellence and outstanding commerciality in connection with a wide range of global structuring, investment and service development projects.
We have experts in fund formation, financial services regulation, trading documentation (including prime brokerage and derivatives documentation), corporate structuring and transactions, litigation, taxation, ICT and employment regulation. We have an in-depth understanding of the asset management industry.
The opportunity
We are recruiting for an Associate to play an integral part of our FS Funds team. The ideal candidate will be 0-3 years PQE level with good exposure to hedge funds.
We are looking for a talented and technical lawyer who has the ambition and aptitude to embrace our first class client base in the asset management and financial institutions sectors and is looking to further develop their knowledge and experience of this exciting and evolving industry.
