**Associate - Commercial Litigation**

Our dispute resolution team does more than advise on the law. We offer strategic business thinking and a clear point of view, rooted in our exceptional legal knowledge.

We advise on disputes of significant reputational and financial value and are known for our solutions-focused advice when the stakes are high.

Our professional, innovative and tenacious approach to litigation and arbitration strategy is valued by our clients who range from prominent corporates and professional services firms to financial institutions, fintech companies, and hedge funds

The team specialises in challenging contractual, competition, boardroom and joint venture disputes and is increasingly known for its strategic and level-headed approach to parallel proceedings - a worst case scenario for any client.
