​The Client:
A leading international investment management company is looking to hire a Compliance & AML Specialist to join their growing compliance team to assist in the overall development of the compliance framework.
Located in Dublin, the role will offer a highly agile and flexible approach for candidates

The Opportunity:

• Work alongside the Senior Leadership team, including the Head of Compliance and Board of Directors, helping to execute the Compliance plan for the business

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work across the entire compliance function, specialising in AML, KYC, on-boarding & transaction monitoring

• Assist the compliance team with ongoing analysis of regulatory development relevant to the firm

• Drafting & implementing policies changes as required

• Part of the CBI communications team, assist in reviewing & analysing regulatory communications

• 3rd Party oversight of external stakeholders

• Take part in quarterly board meetings, representing the compliance function

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years experience across Compliance & AML

• Relevant experience with an Asset Manager, Investment/Fund Manager

• ACOI or similar qualifications would be a preference

• Demonstrated regulatory knowledge
