Accounts Payable Supervisor

Phoenix have teamed up with a tech-retail company based in Dublin North. They are looking for an AP Supervisor to join the team. You will be reporting to the AP Manager and will lead a team of 2 AP Specialists.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the AP team's activities
• Assisting AP team with timely processing of supplier invoices.
• Assisting with payment runs
• Supplier reconciliations and resolving supplier queries
• Assist month end and year end activities
• Audit requests
• Monitoring team performance
• Training and motivating team members.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in AP, minimum of 5 years.
• Leadership experience desirable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Track record of delivering results to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate
• Strong systems experience, with high proficiency in excel.
• Knowledge of SAP desirable
