Phoenix have partnered with a nationwide known media company to find an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. Based in Dublin City Centre with a 1 day in the office a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and preparation of invoices
- Monthly statement reconciliations and bank reconciliation
- Managing supplier accounts
- Preparation of reports
- Process improvement and project implementation
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years Accounts Payable experience
- MS Office proficient
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight details
