Phoenix have partnered with a leading law firm to find an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their busy finance team. The suitable candidate will have experience in a busy finance team in a large organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing expenses and overseeing policy compliance
- Processing invoices
- Monthly creditor reconciliations
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Point of contact for pay-related queries
- Preparation of monthly accruals
- Ad hoc dutues
Key Requirements:
- Accounting Technician certification
- Experience in a high volume environment
- Excel proficient
- Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail
