Accounts Assistant - Accounts Receivables - 12 month contract

Job Role
The role is based in Dublin South and you will be responsible for looking after the Accounts Receivable and Payroll function.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Distributing monthly customer statements
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Credit Control and cash collection
- Dealing with customer queries
- Preparing weekly and monthly AR and cash receipt reports for review
- Preparation of the monthly payroll, checking of reports and uploading the bank file
- Ad-hoc tasks
Required skills and experience
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
- ATI qualification preferred
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects with minimum supervision
