We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the growing finance team in Shannon, Co. Clare, on a full-time permanent basis.

Monitoring and reporting on cash movements
Preparation and filing of VAT returns
Verify all invoices have been correctly coded and authorised
Preparation of online bank payments
Posting cash receipts and invoices onto accounting systems
Assist in preparation of detailed daily cash analysis
Assist in preparation of client Monthly Cash Reporting
Provide other administrative assistance to the business as required
Qualifications / Experience Required
Relevant accounts experience desired
Experience with Oracle Financials or similar accounting software
PC literate with excellent Excel / MS Word skills
Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
The ability to work within tight operating deadlines
