Accounting Technician

Phoenix are currently working with a small accounting firm based in North Dublin. They are looking for an ambitious Accounting Technician to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing administrative tasks in relation to the maintenance of client records.
• Book-keeping on behalf of clients.
• Operating software packages to record and retrieve information using Sage 50 and excel.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Performing weekly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
• Provide information

Requirements:

• Accounting technician qualification.
• Experience and recently qualified (0-2 years PQE).
• Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable client facing
