Our Client:
An excellent opportunity to join a High-Growth SaaS business that partners with global e-commerce brands to provide supply chain tech software
Following a successful €9 Million fundraise, they are looking to grow their EMEA sales team.
Over the next 12 months, this business will triple its headcount and expand into new European markets.
This role is full time with remote or hybrid options and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Responsibilities:
Establish and build a pipeline of new sales opportunities
Target, research, and communicate with key contacts within target accounts.
Communicate with the Business Development Representative and Marketing teams to convert warm leads to close and build on a client list of Mid Market clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by closing sales opportunities
Work with the BDR and marketing teams to convert prospects to a pipeline of Mid Market opportunities
Have a deep understanding of business prospects and discover the key pain-points preventing them from achieving their business goals.
Build trust with decision-makers and influencers within targeted opportunity accounts
Work closely with operations and engineering to develop compelling solutions that will solve prospects challenges
Develop written and verbal proposals, presentations, and submissions that effectively communicate potential solutions with prospects and clients
Qualify all potential opportunities and ensure the pipeline is accurately reflected in Salesforce
Ensure there is enough pipeline cover to achieve monthly sales quotas.
With Head Offices in Ireland and a UK office in Central London, you will be expected to come to both offices for meetings and training.
What they need:
Previous 3+ years sales experience within SaaS technology is essential, ideally with experience dealing with organisations in the €10m to €100m range (Mid-Market)
Ability to advise potential clients with technical solutions
Fantastic written, verbal, and stand up presentation skills
Fully experienced with MS Office Suite ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
A proven networker in your daily life (personal connections, social media, etc.)
Ready to travel at short notice and extensively to meet potential clients
Keep an up-to-date knowledge on digital and application trends particularly in the retail industry
Ability to quickly identify decision-makers and the decision-making process
Experience in B2C/B2B logistics, parcel or delivery services would be an advantage
Must have a goal-orientated mindset
You must produce tangible results using key SaaS metrics
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Ability to work and to travel freely within Ireland and the EU/ UK regions.
- Full drivers license and car owner.
- You will have a Business or related third level degree.
- You have 4+ years of sales experience growing sales and working with customers
- You have experience of extensive business travel whilst still maintaining effective contact with an office-based team
