Our Client:

Our client is an Irish start up, offering innovative AI solutions improving Customer Experience for eCommerce. Their Artificial Intelligence Platform is a driving force within e-commerce, increasing conversions for retailers by 3 times, providing quality shopping experience for their customers. They work with many popular international clients across Fashion, Footwear, Electronics, Pet, Education, Gifts and electrical. They work with small e-commerce retailers, right up to large international retailers.


Our client is looking for an Account Executive to focus on international expansion, which accounts for 50% of their market. You will act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to the customer, running the sales process end to end with them. You will use sales strategies in order to identify new market opportunities with prospects and build long term business relationships. You will assist in building out the sales team as the company grows.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Find new prospects from self-sourced outbound lead generation.
  • Report to the CEO
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Be responsible for opening up new markets and business via direct sales.
  • Assisting in building out the sales team as the company scales.
  • Consistently close new business in line with monthly quota or above quota.
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C -level
  • Work with the Marketing team to create and define single end to end sales and marketing strategy
  • Act as a representative for sales to product development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years experience as an Account Executive or previous inside sales experience, preferably within SaaS, Retail and E-commerce.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets/quotas within Mid-Market.
  • Selling to C-Level executives.
  • The candidate must have a hunter mentality, Have a proven track record of lead generation.
  • Track record in opening new business in greenfield sites
  • Have proven experience of opening new markets.
  • Have experience working with marketing to build the lead generation capability and management of Monthly and quarterly pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting.
  • Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is advantageous.
