Paul is Team Lead of our Financial Services division. Specialising in senior qualified financial services accounting roles within the FinTech & Aviation industries on a national basis.
Having a strong entrepreneurial background, Paul previously owned and operated several small private limited companies before venturing into the world of talent search, where he had also worked for two large talent agencies prior to joining us.
Paul is a firm believer in placing a strong emphasis on building long-lasting relationships, and a positive client and candidate experience, ensuring a core value of integrity and authenticity is met on both sides of the recruitment process.
When not recruiting, Paul is a big tennis fan and plays competitively, at an amateur level.
