James is a Recruitment Consultant within our Financial Services division, specialising in Regulatory Risk and Compliance roles within the Irish market. James focuses on AML and Fincrime roles across various industries including Fintech, Banking, Asset Management, Insurance and Consulting.
James holds a Bachelors’ degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick, majoring in Risk Management and Insurance, with a minor in Law.
James has begun his professional career with Phoenix, joining in 2021 as a Delivery Consultant, quickly progressing to a Recruitment Consultant.
James plays rugby for his local AIL club, transferring skills from the pitch such as communication, ambition and determination - all of which have proved beneficial in his consulting career.
