Emir Allen is a highly regarded leader and a recruitment specialist with an unrivalled track record. He leads Phoenix UK where he is building out our core offerings with a highly professional team. Emir has worked on numerous specialisms which has helped him gain a unique view of the front to back set-up of professional practice and financial services institutions. He is based in London but operates at a global scope.
Emir started out in Investment Banking in 2008 before moving into the recruitment world. He has successfully established multiple divisions and held senior roles within boutique search firms as well as larger institutions. His methodology is built on providing the highest professional standards whilst focussing on delivering long term value and true business partnering. From our London office, Emir will be partnering with Professional Services and Financial Services firms across the UK and Europe to grow their Audit/Risk, M&A Advisory and Private Equity teams.
He is a keen cyclist and competes at a high level, including being the fifth fastest Britton in Rome (out of 65k cyclists) and finishing the 100 miles of Prudential Ride London in under five hours.
